Care Options for Kids is seeking a pediatric home health nurse to provide focused, one-on-one care in the home setting. You will use clinical judgment to manage high-acuity cases, building trust with both the child and family. In this role you will work with a supportive team, receive strong clinical backing, and help maintain continuity of care in a structured home environment.
