• Bachelors degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Oversight, coordination, and planning of daily production activities
• Makes recommendations for workforce planning and training
• Supervises, coordinates, and monitors plant activities
• Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures
• Ensures conformance with policies and safety regulations
