Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information 1+ year of customer service experience Although not required, 1+ years of call center experience is preferred ! WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE? As you schedule appointments for clients and dispatch technicians, you enjoy the collaborative spirit of your team, each member contributing to a seamless experience. Following established processes with precision, you document and process customer requests, ensuring every detail is handled accurately.
