Entry Level House Cleaner Day Shift

Two Maids Professional House Cleaning Two Maids is a nationwide franchise underneath the HFC (Home Franchise Concepts), which is a JM Family Enterprises Subsidiary. Two Maids is a residential house cleaning service for lived-in homes; apartments; condos, rental homes, offices. Our team'sservice the East Valley cities of Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley on specific days. Teams ALWAYS work in teams of two; Two Maids provide all medical grade chemicals; equipment; and towels to complete the service. Teamwork Expectations: Partner with ONE other person daily to service 1 - 4 homes. We try our best to keep you with a consistent partner daily. Exhibit a high degree of personal integrity Must be able to hold your partner accountable every day in every home Understanding you will build your own schedule by showing up every day and being able to prove your quality and speed in the home. Guest Experience Requirements: Must be able to speak/understand English in order to communicate with our customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to effectively maneuver around with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to be on feet for most of the day Compensation: Paid Sick time W2 COMMISSION 5 days PTO after one year's employment Paid Training: Up to 5 days with our training manager and our most veteran team Semi-Monthly pay: paid on the 5th and 21st each month Benefits: Dental, visual, and supplemental insurances available Mileage reimbursement Weekly Bonus Opportunity! (Teams get off between 1 - 5pm every day once they are finished with their route summary) Who we are looking for: Someone who loves cleaning - NO PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Proficient and Detail oriented Fast Paced Worker Must be able to handle physical labor!! Must thrive in a team environment Self-starter and Independent thinker/worker - We have opportunities for leaders! Valid Drivers license and reliable car - We pay for your miles! Eligible to work in the US.
