High Desert drivers in Hesperia: this Western fleet keeps you west of the Mississippi, keeps most runs to 3 days or less, and trains new CDL holders on real freight.
Pay Breakdown
- $1,000 to $1,200 average weekly gross
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
- Up to 6 cents per mile extra through the performance bonus
- $15 per stop (first and last stop excluded)
- 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week
How the Job Runs
- Home every 2 weeks
- Stays west of the Mississippi, with the option to run further if you want more miles
- Day and night dispatches, some winter driving in the mountains
- Holidays off can be worked out with your driver leader when possible
New to the Road?
- New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
- 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
- Guaranteed weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
- Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
