Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is the face (and voice) of our company. You aren't just answering phones or emails; you are solving problems, building trust, and ensuring our customers feel valued. We need someone who is hardworking, tech-savvy, and possesses the grit to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Maintain high level of professionalism with clients, working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Update customer information in the database.
• All other relevant duties as required.

Requirements:

• 1+ year customer service experience in fast paced environment required.
• Food Industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience with technology, Excel and Microsoft Word.
