Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land is aggressively hiring experienced Automotive Technicians, Mercedes-Benz Technicians, BMW Technicians, Audi Technicians, Porsche Technicians, Lexus Technicians, Jaguar/Land Rover Technicians, and other luxury/import brand professionals who are ready to elevate their careers.

COMPENSATION

$35.00 $65.00+ per flat-rate hour

Master Technicians & Mercedes-Benz Certified Technicians can earn significantly more based on production, certifications, and experience.

We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience and offering one of the most competitive pay plans in the Houston market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz and luxury import vehicles

• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics

• Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately

• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed services

• Work closely with service advisors to provide exceptional customer experiences

• Maintain detailed repair documentation

• Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and factory training

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years of automotive technician experience

• Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Volvo, or other luxury import experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• ASE Certifications preferred

• Mercedes-Benz factory certifications highly desirable

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
