About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief for its Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Gynecology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and support staff, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. The Chief will also be involved in the development and implementation of clinical protocols, as well as the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows. Applicants for the Chief, Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Gynecology at the company should be board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with a subspecialty in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. A strong background in academic medicine, research, and a proven track record of leadership in a clinical setting are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to mentor and inspire others, and a commitment to advancing the field of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. A doctoral degree in a relevant field is required, and additional qualifications such as a Master's in Public Health or a related discipline are a plus.
