TowTek Supply Co. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow our wholesale customer base throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.

This position requires prior sales experience in the automotive parts, trailer parts, heavy-duty truck parts, commercial vehicle parts, or closely related aftermarket parts industry.

We are not looking for an entry-level salesperson or a general sales representative. We are looking for someone who already understands the parts business, knows how to develop B2B accounts, and is comfortable traveling throughout a territory to meet customers face-to-face.

Candidates with existing relationships and accounts within the automotive, trailer, truck, fleet, repair, or parts distribution industries are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new wholesale and semi-wholesale accounts.
• Travel throughout Florida for regular face-to-face customer visits.
• Expand sales throughout the Southeastern U.S. as the territory develops.
• Visit trailer dealers, repair shops, parts stores, fleets, manufacturers, equipment dealers, and other commercial customers.
• Build relationships with business owners, purchasing managers, parts managers, and other decision-makers.
• Present TowTek's products, pricing, and wholesale programs.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, follow up, and close sales.
• Develop new accounts while growing relationships with existing customers.
• Maintain an active pipeline and document customer activity in CRM.
• Identify customer needs, competitor activity, pricing trends, and new product opportunities.
• Work directly with company ownership on territory development and sales strategy.
• Attend trade shows and industry events when appropriate.

Products You'll Sell

TowTek specializes in trailer and commercial vehicle parts, including:

Trailer axles, electric and hydraulic brakes, drums, hubs, bearings, seals, suspension components, leaf springs, hanger kits, U-bolts, wheels, tires, jacks, axle components, and related trailer parts.

Required Qualifications

• Prior B2B parts sales experience is required.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, trailer parts, heavy-duty truck parts, commercial vehicle parts, fleet parts, or a closely related industry.
• Previous outside/territory sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and open new commercial accounts.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer relationships and wholesale sales.
• Comfortable traveling regularly and conducting in-person sales calls.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to independently organize and manage a sales territory.

Strongly Preferred

• Existing customer relationships within Florida and/or the Southeast.
• Existing relationships with trailer dealers, repair shops, parts distributors, fleets, manufacturers, or similar businesses.
• Knowledge of trailer axles, brakes, hubs, suspension, bearings, wheels, tires, and related components.
• Demonstrated history of bringing in and growing commercial accounts.

Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

Compensation will be based on relevant industry experience, existing customer relationships, and demonstrated sales performance.
