Job Description Job Description A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in Covington, Washington is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care network. This Flex Care role supports multiple outpatient clinic locations and works closely with an experienced Family Medicine team to provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse and growing community. This organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Position Overview: Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week Provides same-day access for in-person and telehealth visits Converts patient portal messages into telehealth or in-clinic appointments Supports coverage when primary providers are out of the office Conducts “team visits” for new patients prior to establishing care Performs Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits Assists with inbox management Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent or walk-in concerns Qualifications: Open to new graduates Eligible for Washington State licensure DEA with full prescriptive authority Located in Covington, approximately 35 minutes from downtown Seattle, the community offers a suburban lifestyle with access to outdoor recreation, highly rated schools, and a strong sense of community.
