Job Description Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting. Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support. Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Hospital IT or equally complex systems Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience with issue-tracking software. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
