Responsibilities Provide training to retail advisors, manage staff schedule, provide coaching to staff as needed, perform interviews for new staff Educate guests on products Ensure guests have a smooth transition from beginning of appointment until they check out Manage appointment books and scheduling Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members. Help maintain clean sales and stock areas Requirements 2+ years in a management role in a high volume retail or guest service environment Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task, experience managing inventory, Aveda exp a plus! SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct reports include Retail Advisors.
