Overview Rutgers University’s Athletics Department sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, including 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the Big Ten Conference. The football program is a historic institution with a proud tradition of excellence. Posting Summary Rutgers University is seeking a Quality Control – Player Development for the Football team. Key Responsibilities Assists with the coaching of football student‑athletes in concert with the Head Football Coach and within the rules of the NCAA and Rutgers University. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. At least two (2) years of college‑level experience in coaching and/or administrative responsibilities in football. A valid driver’s license; use of a personal vehicle for business travel. Knowledge of the Big Ten Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Computer literacy. Understanding of physical demands: nights and weekends will be required. Clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Use of university vehicles. Equipment utilization: Computer, iPad, Microsoft Office, Catapult Thunder, Pro Football Focus, Good Notes. Position Details Location: Rutgers University – New Brunswick, Piscataway, NJ. Salary: $40,000–$200,000. Employment Type: Full Time. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Position Status: Staff – 12 months. Benefits Medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage.
