Data Scientist/Engineer - Junior (Remote)

SynergisticIT Entry-Level Software ProgrammersYou finished a computer science, IT, or engineering degree and expected recruiters to call. Instead, applications sit in ATS queues, "entry-level" Java jobs ask for two years of Spring Boot, and campus career services send generic resume tips. That is not a personal failure. Employers hire people who can talk through production-style Java work, not people who only completed coursework.Employers screening junior Java talent look for Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, Git, basic cloud exposure, and the ability to solve DSA problems out loud. They also want project stories you can defend in a technical screen. JOPP is built around that gap: 5–7 hours of live instructor-led sessions, small batches, hands-on enterprise-style projects, Oracle/AWS certification preparation, and mock interviews drawn from a 5,000+ client question bank.Successful completers are marketed for Java developer, Java backend, Java full-stack, software programmer, and related engineering seats at companies that have hired JOPP talent, including Visa, PayPal, Walmart Labs, Wells Fargo, Client, bank, Walgreens, AutoZone, SAP, and Cisco. Starting salaries commonly range from about $90k to $154k after successful completion, with a placement rate around 91.5%. Since 2010, we've helped thousands of candidates land full-time jobs at tech leaders like Google, Apple, PayPal, Visa, Western Union, Wells Fargo, Client, Paypal, Banking, Wayfair, Client, Client and hundreds more with Job offers of $95k to $154k. Synergisticit focuses on closing the gap between your tech skills and what employers want now.The reality?
