Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst Virginia Beach, VA (On-Site 4 Days/Week, 1 Remote Day) Salary: Up to $100,000 Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst to support benefits administration, HR systems, workforce analytics, and reporting. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong benefits experience, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for leveraging data to improve HR processes and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, leave, and wellness plans. Lead Open Enrollment and serve as a resource for employee benefits inquiries. Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, audits, and system enhancements. Develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports. Support compensation analysis and annual planning activities. Assist with labor budgeting and workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in Benefits, HRIS, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics. Strong benefits administration experience required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Strong HRIS knowledge and systems aptitude. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Oracle Fusion preferred. Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to clearly articulate accomplishments and contributions from previous roles. Additional Information Reports to the Regional Director, Total Rewards & HRIS Americas. Compensation experience is helpful but not the primary focus of this role.
