We invite you to join the team where you can build, innovate, and secure your career.Sentar is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Bragg, NC!This position is contingent on contract awardPosition Summary:Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirementsManage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activitiesOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigationServe as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and stakeholdersCoordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applicationsSupport efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handlingTrack and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviewsQualifications:Clearance Level: SecretDesired certifications: CISSP or CISMEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferredExperience:7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 4 years supporting DoD or federal IT or Cyber initiativesExperience managing and leading technical teams of at least 10 or more personnelStrong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholdersBenefits at Sentar:Our unique employee ownership model attracts top talent, giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful improvements.
