Job Summary:
The Endoscopy Laboratory Specialist position is based in ISSAQUAH, Washington, within a healthcare facility specializing in outpatient endoscopy and related procedures. The role involves providing clinical support in a busy endoscopy center, with responsibilities including scope reprocessing, assisting during procedures, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. The position starts on 08/03/2026 and offers a schedule of 10-hour shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS, CNA, MA-C, or Surgical Technology, Washington state licensure, minimum 1 year of experience, out-of-state license acceptable, previous experience with endoscopy procedures and related equipment
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient endoscopy centers, scope reprocessing, infection control, and use of specialized equipment such as ERCP scopes, EBUS, EUS, and fluoroscopy units
• Float: Possible float to neighboring endoscopy campus
• Additional Information: Must hold current Washington licensure in one of the approved categories. Call shifts occur evenings and weekends, with up to 3 call shifts per month. Clinicians must be therapeutically trained to take call. Certification in sterile processing and scope reprocessing is required. References covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years are necessary for compliance. The position involves participation in multidisciplinary procedures for adult and geriatric patients, with an emphasis on infection control and instrument sterilization accuracy.
