Compensation

• Base pay starting $17.00 per hour

We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.

Job Duties

Support Center Mail & Supplies

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including preparing shipments and coordinating carrier pickup.
• Monitor office supply inventory and place appropriate orders to ensure uninterrupted Support Center operations.
• Prepare and coordinate office supply deliveries to store locations.
• Maintain shared calendars to support effective use of meeting rooms and shared spaces.

Travel Coordination

• Coordinate individual and group travel arrangements, such as flights, hotel accommodation, and rental vehicles, in accordance with company travel guidelines.
• Identify cost-effective travel options and communicate itineraries clearly to associates.
• Support associates in using the company's preferred travel booking platform.
• Track, submit, and maintain travel-related documentation and expense information following established procedures.

Reception, Greeting & Front Desk Services

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and associates, providing a professional and welcoming Support Center experience.
• Coordinate visitor check-in and notify appropriate departments or associates to facilitate timely connections.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and general inquiries, applying judgment to ensure accurate and efficient routing.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the lobby and vendor room areas in alignment with Support Center standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
