GHR Program Coordinator

Location: Plainsboro, NJ

Assignment Duration: This is an 8-week contract position with potential extensions based on practice needs and performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description: The GHR Program Coordinator will primarily focus on patient education in the areas of Metabolic Medicine, Thyroid, Diabetes, and Endocrinology. The role involves providing educational support mainly through phone interactions, but may also include in-person education for glucose meters and medication administration instructions. Additional responsibilities include confirming prior authorization, processing medication refills, and managing lab orders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient education via phone and in person.
• Provide instruction on the use of glucose meters and Ozempic administration.
• Assist with confirming prior authorizations and processing medication refills.
• Manage lab orders and related administrative tasks.

Required Experience:

• EPIC EMR experience is required.
• Prior experience in patient education or a similar role is preferred.
