Marketing Manager, TESSA (Andover, MA)

As a Marketing Manager, you will shape the future of our global product strategy, influence advanced technology development and help bring a truly disruptive surgical innovation to market. What will you be doing? * Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing and global country marketing teams to build and execute the franchise Global Product Plan including launch strategy, portfolio optimization, new indications and claims
* Serve as marketing lead on product development projects focused on advanced technologies
* Build strong surgeon and customer relationships, managing consultant interactions and consolidating voice of customer insights
* Collaborate closely with global and regional sales leadership to align on market needs and drive performance across the Americas, EMEA and APAC
* Conduct competitive intelligence and financial analyses to support business cases and product strategy
* Work with commercial marketing partners on downstream programs including launch planning, demo and trade out programs, sales readiness and training support
* Forecast product needs and collaborate with manufacturing planners to ensure availability of demo and launch inventory What will you need to be successful? * Bachelor's degree required with an MBA or advanced degree preferred
* 3-5 years of commercial or clinical experience in the medical device industry, ideally in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics
* Marketing experience highly preferred
* Exposure to Robotics, AI, Advanced Surgery, SaaS, DICOM, HL7, Medical Cloud, Active Directory or pre operative imaging
* Strong analytical, financial and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
* Customer focused mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Ability to travel 25 to 50 percent

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $101,000- $151,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
