Business/System Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business/System Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and process flows using tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, and Visio. Key Responsibilities Perform business, system, and technical analysis to understand project requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements Define functional and non-functional requirements Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions Design and document business processes, workflows, and system diagrams using Lucidchart and Microsoft Visio Translate business requirements into technical specifications Work closely with development, QA, and product teams Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews Manage and track requirements in JIRA Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions Required Skills Analysis Skills: Strong experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, and Technical Analysis; ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements Requirement Management: Requirement definition and documentation; experience writing use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria Process Design: Hands‑on experience with process mapping, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFD); tools include Lucidchart and Visio Agile & Tools: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience working with JIRA (backlog management, story tracking) and knowledge of the sprint lifecycle Preferred Skills: Exposure to technical systems, APIs or integrations; basic understanding of SQL/databases; experience with UAT coordination and testing support; familiarity with Confluence; domain knowledge in Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, etc. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour.
