Communication Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (3 days in office hybrid)
Role Summary: The Communications Manager drives awareness and adoption of Marcom experimentation platforms and capabilities. This role translates complex experimentation tools and insights into clear communications for stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop communication strategies supporting Marcom experimentation initiatives.
- Produce newsletters, microsites, and documentation explaining internal experimentation tools
- Translate complex experimentation concepts into clear narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create structured documentation and educational materials for Marcom platforms.
- Support stakeholder alignment and adoption of experimentation best practices.
- Help share insights and learnings from experimentation programs across the organization.
Qualifications
6–9 years of experience in communications, product communications, marketing strategy, or technical writing. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging. Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
