Qualifications- 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing US Government contracts
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into contract terms
- Proven experience working with US Government contracts flowdowns and subcontracting structures
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts involving US Government requirements and standards (including FAR-based obligations)
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements relevant to US Government contracting
- Identify and implement required flowdown provisions in supply agreements connected to prime or sales contracts
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations and contractual risk
- Support business teams in structuring and executing compliant contracting strategies
