Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physicians

Our organization is actively seeking full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physicians to join our clinics located in various cities including Alameda, Emeryville, Pinole, Pleasanton, and Los Gatos, CA.

Position Overview:

• Practice Model: Community-based with access to a range of specialists.
• Work Hours: Options for 32 or 36 patient-facing hours weekly.
• Patient Load: Clinicians typically see 18-20 patients daily.
• Clinic Schedule: Most clinics operate Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum Family Medicine, including pediatric care (no Obstetrics/Gynecology).
• Call Schedule: Shared light call, primarily via telephone with RN triaging, evenly distributed among physicians.
• Collaboration: Access to faculty physicians from Stanford University School of Medicine.
• Diverse Patient Base: Serve a varied community population.
