Work ScheduleOur facility operates on a full-time schedule, offering 36 hours per week (3 shifts of 12 hours each). We are excited to offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, families, providers, and other team members.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Assist in developing care plans and take appropriate actions to support patients' short- and long-term well-being.
- Document patient assessments, changes in condition, care provided, and any incidents in accordance with hospital policies.
- Serve as an educational resource for patients and families regarding health-related matters.
- Communicate essential patient information to families, licensed providers, and staff members.
- Embrace patient- and family-centered care to ensure satisfaction among patients, families, staff, and physicians.
- Prioritize actions based on patient needs and contribute to care plans by sharing relevant information while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Support and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient quality outcomes, staff satisfaction, and organizational performance.
- Complete all mandatory training and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Mentor and guide fellow nurses, promoting the nursing profession and assisting in recruitment efforts.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse license (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact.
