Title: Manager, Infusion and ImmunotherapyCenter

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Manager of Infusion and Immunotherapy Center is responsible for the administrative direction and management, strategic planning and growth, financial planning and budgeting, physician engagement, human resources management, and service excellence for Infusion Center under the umbrella of the Cancer Service line. DEPARTMENT: Cancer Services HOURS OF WORK: As needed to fulfill responsibilities REPORTS TO: Director of Cancer Service Line

PREREQUISITES:

Current Washington State RN licensure is required. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or other relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. Current Certification as OCN, AOCNP, or AOCNS preferred. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Oncology or other relevant healthcare operations experience, required. Minimum of three (3) years management experience required. Experience managing in a union environment and/or working within collective bargaining agreements, including application of contract provisions preferred. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Experience in human resource management practices including supervision and staff development.
