IS Technician - Shipping/Receiving

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and inventory IT hardware in the client system.
• Unpack, pick, package, and ship IT hardware to stores and field service technicians according to schedule.
• Process returned equipment and ensure proper handling of shipped items.
• Accurately record product serial numbers and maintain work areas in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
• Follow instructions via service orders or verbal guidance to ensure timely fulfillment of hardware requests.

Skills:

• Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment.
