Graphic Designer

We’re Syncopated Marketing, a fast‑growing email marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands grow through strategic campaigns and automations. We’re a lean, fast‑moving team that believes in sharp design, clear communication, and full ownership. We’re looking for a Designer who can turn brand strategy into scroll‑stopping emails and ads. If you love designing for DTC brands, have a strong eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative to life without making it feel like a template—then this is for you. Responsibilities Design mobile‑first, conversion‑focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what’s working in the DTC space Qualifications 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands Proficiency in Figma is a must Understands layout, spacing, typography, and colour Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics If you believe you can be a good fit, apply now and let’s talk.
