We are looking for a General Medicine ACN physician to join our established and busy family practice located in Ocala, Florida. 

The ideal candidate will be attentive, conscientious with good listening skills, empathetic and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Our practice takes pride in providing the best care as well as establishing a long-term relationship with our patients.

We treat a wide range of medical conditions and produce an individualized healthcare program to fit the patient based on the patient’s historical data.

Being proactive in building relationships and recommending external specialists when the patient requires treatment outside of our medical purview.

Family Doctor Responsibilities:

· Obtain health history and perform physical examinations.

· Diagnose and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment.

· Prescribe medication in accordance with Florida statute and professional practice

· guidelines.

· Perform minor surgical procedures.

· Develop personal relationships with patients.

· Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.

· Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.

· Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.

· Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.

· E-Clinicalworks experience preferred

· Familiar with MRA scores, Hedis

Requirements:

Active Florida ACN Medical License.
