• Competitive Pay : $25-$35/hour ($52,000-$72,800 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week ) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift

Your Role

• Maintenance : Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers)
• Repairs : Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs
• Documentation : Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone
• Customer Service : Advise clients and ensure system efficiency
• Safety : Adhere to regulations and company standards

Qualifications

• Required : 2-5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, pass drug/background checks
• D-2 or S-2 Limited Warm Air, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Journeyperson license required.
• Preferred : HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
• Physical : Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE
• Travel : Flexibility for overtime and regional travel

• Provided : Fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE
• Required : Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
