Desktop Support Technician II (Relocation Bonus)

Must be in are able to relocate to Ketchikan AK

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to provide reliable technical support for corporate office staff in a primarily office-based environment. Reporting to an IT Manager, this role will support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments alongside macOS and Apple devices, resolving incidents and maintaining effective day-to-day technology operations. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Resolve technical incidents for corporate office staff.
Troubleshoot hardware issues across Windows, macOS, and Apple devices.
Provide software support for Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS, and related applications.
Deploy and configure user devices.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Manage support tickets, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Escalate issues appropriately and report through the IT Manager.
Must be in are able to relocate to Ketchikan AK
