We are seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide onsite end-user support, hardware deployment, asset management, and day-to-day IT operational support in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and laptop support for end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, MFA, and password-related issues Assist with Active Directory/Entra user administration tasks Perform workstation setup, deployment, imaging, and replacement activities Manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware lifecycle processes Coordinate with internal IT teams and external support providers Maintain accurate ticket updates and support documentation Required Skills 2+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk experience Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Active Directory and basic user administration Experience with hardware deployment and troubleshooting Familiarity with ticketing systems Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or secure environments Experience with inventory management and asset tracking CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience Physical Requirements Ability to work onsite in a hands-on support environment May require lifting equipment up to 50 lbs Ability to work under desks, in server rooms, and other technical areas If interested, please apply or send your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Brave
