Therapy Expansion Leader - Houston / San Antonio

Medtronic Inc

Medtronic seeks a Therapy Expansion Leader for the Houston/San Antonio region to drive growth of insertable cardiac monitor technology across multiple cardiovascular and neurology indications. This remote field-based role focuses on market development, referral pathway expansion, and clinical stakeholder engagement to increase adoption of the LINQ family of ICMs.

Responsibilities

Conduct regional market analysis to identify ICM adoption opportunities and competitive dynamics
Lead development and execution of referral pathway strategies across stroke, syncope, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation markets
Engage key opinion leaders, cardiologists, neurologists, and healthcare systems to promote LINQ ICM adoption
Organize educational programs and clinical events to build awareness of diagnostic solutions
Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development priorities

Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
Experience in medical device market development or strategic business growth
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical capability to assess regional market dynamics and competitive landscape
Knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic solutions or related healthcare sectors
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborative initiatives
