Fitness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor – Orangetheory Fitness Spring Hill Pay: $16–$18/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses Orangetheory Fitness Franklin is looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. This is not a passive front desk position. We are looking for professionals who are confident in building relationships, following up with leads, and converting prospects into long-term members while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
