Senior Pharmaceutical Executive: Title To Be Determined Two healthcare companies have formed a partnership to promote a CNS protocol to physicians and their patients. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting, pharmaceutical executive with strong sales and marketing experience. They will help create, build, expand and lead this enterprise. This business will be focused on the promotion of several branded Rx and OTC products. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have strong pharmaceutical industry experience, proven relationship building skills with pharmaceutical executives and healthcare professionals. The candidate should possess the ability to attract and lead people with complementary skill sets. The individual will help develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy. This individual will lead both the institutional and field sales efforts while helping recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. There are some administrative and operational duties as well. The successful candidate will be exposed to experienced high profile healthcare executives with a history of success in the pharmaceutical business. This is not a desk job but a hands‑on position where the candidate will personally visit and interact with key accounts, key opinion leaders and take personal responsibility for the success of the operation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic pharmaceutical sales and marketing plans that result in increasing the sales, margin and market penetration of our Rx and OTC products Build and maintain relationships among our pharmaceutical partners, distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies and key healthcare decision makers Collaborate and integrate with our OTC marketing and sales group Build and manage an institutional and field sales initiatives Call on KOLs, physicians and healthcare providers to support commercial growth Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales teams, contract sales groups and inside sales Identify market opportunities and drive product positioning strategies Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgets, and growth initiatives Help establish scalable sales infrastructure and performance metrics Represent the company professionally at industry meetings and conferences Create, build and achieve marketing/sales objectives within a budget Qualifications Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience or comparable executive roles. Experience calling on MDs and healthcare professionals required Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical relationship building and business growth Experience managing people and leading teams Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset Experience in institutional sales, specialty products, or branded pharmaceuticals preferred Ability to create and manage business projects with multiple pharma partners Ability to travel as needed Ideal Candidate Highly driven and independent Comfortable building systems and processes from the ground up Strategic thinker with strong execution skills Professional presence with excellent communication skills and strong networking abilities Passionate about helping build a growing pharmaceutical organization Has a history of progressive achievement and responsibility Compensation Base salary – in concert with background and experience Performance bonuses sat my mutual agreement Potential equity participation triggered by vesting and performance Benefits package Significant growth opportunity – this position can be a career builder #J-18808-Ljbffr
