Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Investments, external auditors, and tax advisors to support complex transactions, liquidity planning, audits, investor reporting, K-1s, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality financial controls and reporting standards. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a finance related field Bring a strong foundation in technical accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP, with the ability to navigate complex investment structures and deliver accurate, high-quality reporting. Experience with fund accounting or fair value accounting is a plus. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Leverage advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset to support financial reporting, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
