Industrial Electrician

Industrial Electrician (1st Shift)
Location: Mansfield, OH
Pay: $30 - $35 per hour plus overtime
Job Type: Full-time

About Us
We are a growing company in the automotive manufacturing industry, currently operating 9 plants with plans to add 3 more this year. We partner with two of the largest names in the automotive sector. Our operations include welding, stamping, and tube manipulation.

We are actively hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for our 1st shift team in Mansfield, OH.

Job Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs
• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ensure all equipment, machinery, tools, and facilities are in proper working condition
• Reduce equipment downtime through preventative maintenance programs
• Improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Work with vendors and suppliers to resolve equipment issues
• Respond to and troubleshoot production equipment failures

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Allen Bradley
  • PLC systems
  • Electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues
• Strong problem-solving skills
