Outside Sales Representative – B2B Staffing Solutions

Goodyear, AZ | West Valley/Phoenix Metro | On-site and in the field

$70,000-$75,000 base + uncapped commission

Spectra360 is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to our Arizona Market. You won’t inherit a book of business and maintain it. You’ll build one from day one, meeting with manufacturers, distributors and transportation companies across the West Valley who need reliable workforce solutions.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and win new B2B accounts in manufacturing, transportation, distribution and administrative services
\n
• Meet face-to-face with owners, plant managers and HR leaders to understand their hiring challenges
\n
• Manage your own territory and pipeline from first conversation through close
\n
• Work hand in hand with our recruiting team, who source and deliver the talent you sell
\n
• Grow accounts into long-term partnerships
\n

What you’ll get

Requirements: 1+ year of outside sales, B2B or B2C sales, or other customer-facing experience, plus comfort learning CRM and sales technology.

Backgrounds that tend to succeed: early-career sales reps, recent grads with sales experience, recruiters or staffing coordinators moving into sales, account managers, retail professionals and competitive athletes or team captains.
