You'll handle inbound calls from homeowners across our service area, listen to their needs, and convert them into book service appointments with professionalism and accuracy.Hours: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM & 1:00 PM-10:00 PM during the summer.Key Sub Tasks* Deliver a welcoming and professional first impression on every call.* Listen closely to customer needs and book the correct service type.* Outbound calls to schedule member benefits.* Capture accurate information and enter it into our system efficiently.* Educate customers on available products, maintenance plans, and promotions.* Maintain communication with all departments, including management* Remaind calm and professional under pressure.* Participate in ongoing training to build confidence and grow professionally.* Represent Peaden's values with integrity and genuine care for every customer.What We Offer* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* Company-Paid Long-Term Disability* 401(k) with Company Match* Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays* A Family Atmosphere.
