NOW HIRING – APARTMENT MAKE READY TECHNICIANS
DFW AREA | IMMEDIATE STARTS | MULTIPLE OPENINGS
Five Star Staffing is hiring experienced Apartment Make Ready Technicians throughout the HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
APARTMENT MAKE READY OR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Minor appliance and general maintenance repairs
- Complete work orders as assigned
- Get vacant units move-in ready on deadline
- Previous apartment industry experience REQUIRED
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Dependable and ready to work
- Background screening & drug testing required
- Weekly Pay
