Job Description Are you ready to be part of the action? Join our team as a Delivery Expert. Responsibilities Operating all equipment. Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to the storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Preparing products. Receiving and processing telephone orders. Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily. Greeting customers warmly and providing outstanding customer service. Delivering orders safely to customers and representing the brand positively. Using the Domino's App for deliveries. Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Assisting customers with product demos and upselling opportunities. Communicating clearly with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and teamwork skills. Qualifications Minimum age 18+, with 2 years of driving history. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. Must provide proof of insurance coverage. Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts. Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Basic math skills for managing transactions.
