About the Role We seek a Senior People Partner to establish and own critical talent programs while expertly guiding leaders through complex policies. You will shape our culture through a data-driven lens, initiating and driving initiatives that connect teams across our studios. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure daily operations support our long-term engagement objectives. Key Facts Location: Culver City, CA Engagement: Design and launch organizational programs Compensation: $163,200.00 base / year Responsibilities You will champion employee relations by conducting objective investigations and documenting outcomes to ensure timely resolution. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on complex U.S. and Canadian employment and labor laws. You will analyze workforce data to construct compelling narratives that direct leaders toward relevant business issues and opportunities. Owning the end-to-end performance management cycle, you will manage goal setting, calibration, and feedback to build a culture of continuous improvement. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to design and deploy programs that align with strategic roadmaps and timelines. Driving succession planning and career pathing will be a core duty, identifying high-potential employees and strengthening overall bench strength. You will scope projects by clearly understanding resource availability and timelines, then communicate needs across functions to ensure successful execution. Coaching leaders at various levels will be essential, strengthening their decision-making, leadership capability, and team effectiveness. Establishing yourself as the primary point of contact, you will proactively identify stakeholder needs and goals, serving as their trusted advisor and supporting long-term aims. Requirements A minimum of five years of experience in people business partnering is required. You must hold current local status in the greater Los Angeles area and work from the office five days a week. You possess the ability to quickly learn new systems and manage change, communicating effectively in both oral and written forms. You apply strong analytical skills to build narratives that focus leaders on relevant issues. In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment and labor laws is mandatory to guide sensitive cases. You partner with the People team to design, launch, and refine programs aligned with business strategy. You own day-to-day employee relations, including objective investigations and resolution of escalations. You establish yourself as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying needs and supporting stakeholder goals.
