Description of duties:

• The busser supports the service team by ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after service. This role is essential to creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, contributing to a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment that reflects our mission to bring excitement and enjoyment in an inclusive environment and our vision to be an entertainment company in constant evolution.

Guest Service & Support:

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner while clearing or resetting tables.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or condiments, and providing additional utensils or napkins as requested.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate requests promptly to the appropriate team member.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient support to ensure a positive guest experience.

Table & Dining Room Maintenance:

• Efficiently clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils as guests finish dining.
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware promptly and neatly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure tablecloths, floors, and chairs remain clean and orderly throughout service.

Supply & Equipment Support:

• Refill and restock bread, condiments, beverages, silverware, and other service items as needed.
• Keep bussing carts, side stations, and service areas well-stocked and tidy.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of buffet areas, banquets, or special events when required.
• Notify management promptly of any shortages, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures when handling dishes and tableware.
• Adhere to company policies, uniform standards, and appearance guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols and immediately report any hazards or incidents to management.
• May be required to assist guests in a semi-enclosed terrace where smoking is permitted.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

• Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Offer assistance to teammates during busy periods to maintain service excellence.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding guest concerns or operational needs.
• Participate in a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
• All other duties as assigned.
