As a Full Stack.NET Developer at Revolutional, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications in a classified environment. You will operate across the full stack, from backend services and database design to front-end user interfaces.This role requires engineers who can consistently deliver production-quality software while navigating structured, security-conscious environments. You are expected to troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to modernization efforts, and take ownership of delivering reliable, mission-critical capabilities.What You'll DoAs a Full Stack.NET Developer you will:Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using C# and the .NET ecosystemBuild and enhance backend services, APIs, and data access layersDevelop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuningTroubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layersIdentify and remediate security vulnerabilities in accordance with federal standardsSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectivesContribute to secure mobile application support and integration effortsWhat You Bring (Requirements)Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.U.S. Citizenship required.5+ years of professional experience in.NET/C# development.Security+ certification.Technical CapabilitiesStrong experience building full stack applications using.NET frameworks (.NET Core, MVC, or similar).Proficiency with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.Experience troubleshooting and debugging across multiple system layers.Familiarity with secure development practices in regulated or classified environments.Experience working in Agile development teams.Core StrengthsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to operate effectively in structured, security-conscious environments.Ownership mindset with accountability for delivering mission-critical systems.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have (Differentiators)Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar CI/CD tools.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Experience with version control systems (Git, TFS).Knowledge of SharePoint integration or development.Exposure to secure mobile development or device management environments.Experience in client-facing or mission-driven environments.Here at Revolutional we are pleased to have been repeatedly recognized for our outstanding work culture, the innovative work we do, and the employees on our team who make a difference each day.
