Job Summary

The LTC WOW CNA provides compassionate, high-quality care to long-term care residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. This role supports individualized care plans, promotes a positive living environment, and contributes to the well-being and satisfaction of residents and their families.

Minimum Qualifications
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Clear background check and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• CPR instructor or dementia care training.
• Strong communication skills and EHR proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Recognition or awards for outstanding patient care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and document resident health status; report changes promptly.
• Support mobility and exercise routines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Engage with residents empathetically to promote emotional well-being.
• Foster positive interactions to enhance residents' quality of life.

• Preferred: EHR proficiency and specialized training.
