Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and devise personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional goals
• Implement Effective Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and caregivers with knowledge and strategies to promote continuous progress at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring each patient stays on the right path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
