Are you passionate about operations consulting, supply chain strategy, and solving complex business challenges ? We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join a high-performing consulting team focused on helping Life Sciences organizations improve performance across their end-to-end supply chains.

What You'll Do

✔ Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges

✔ Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights

✔ Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients

✔ Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics

✔ Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations

✔ Present findings through clear written and verbal communication

✔ Coach and support junior team members to build team capabilities

✔ Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement

2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field

Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience

Strong Life Sciences industry credibility

We're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.

Compensation

Associate Consultant Base Salary: $135,000 annually
