Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician

The Division of Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care at Phoenix Children’s has grown dramatically over the past two decades, emerging as a cornerstone of pediatric health care in Arizona. Since opening our first free‑standing hospital in 2002, our emergency department on the Thomas Campus is the state’s only free‑standing Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center, seeing over 80,000 children each year. The division now includes a free‑standing emergency department in the West Valley, a satellite hospital in Northwest Phoenix, and plans for additional facilities to expand high‑quality pediatric care across the region.
