Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 months + extension
Location: Spokane, WA
Rate: $60 - $65/Hr
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of greenfield pharmaceutical projects, including project initiation, planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including construction contractors, HVAC specialists, utilities engineers, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that the project progresses according to schedule and address any delays or cost overruns.
Engineering Oversight: Oversee all engineering aspects of the project, including HVAC systems, utilities, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the project comply with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to safety, timelines, and budget.
Construction Coordination: Coordinate all construction activities and schedules with contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory codes and standards.
Team Management: Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient project environment.
Change Management: Manage changes in scope, ensuring proper documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical facilities.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience leading a greenfield project.
