Compensation average $70K-$110K/year (base + performance based piece pay, top performers exceed $100K/year!) What You’ll Do Install and service IAQ systems (UV lights, filtration systems, duct cleaning, etc.) Replace HVAC warranty components (coils, condensers, parts) Ensure systems are running properly and safely after installation Deliver a top-tier customer experience in every home Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance Communicate clearly with customers and internal team Mentor and support install helpers when assigned What You Bring 2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring Universal EPA Certification Registration as a technician with TDLR Valid Drivers License & active for at least the past 5 years Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations Minimum Tool Requirements Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer Minimum Testing Equipment usage Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge Working knowledge of city codes Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs Ability to safely work in attics and lift up to 75 lbs Service Titan experience preferred Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
